the first version, dos based, was created in 1989, and was mainly used in my own growing clubs.. i was persuaded to sell it 1990-1991, with version2 coming out in c1994, which lasted till 1999... millennium time! version 3 was a windows prog; which i wrote while off with a broken leg in 2001..
my progs been copied and ripped off by the americans and TAGB .... i know cos they bought it and then created their own.
except, my one is cheaper!

Being only a poor missionary with meagre funds, and a dojo run on a shoe string, I would be grateful for any kind of programme that would help me run my club. Cheap is good , free is better! Any suggestions appreciated.
Domo, Ray ;D

you could wait and see; however i put it to you which would you buy: a product been around since the 1990's and has a tried and tested history of use, or something not even "finished" and liable to have a few developmental bugs when it does arrive.....?

Id wait & see to use something that runs with the new NT framework of XP (or something like that) Hey though, its a free Country! ;D As for bugs, maybe, though it`ll be beta-tested of course! Hey, many commercial programs have bugs, bet I could find a few in yours if I looked close enough Stuart

Has a few bugs and needs to be tweaked. Why? Because I can customize it to my needs no matter what.

Ladies, ladies, ladies... Please put your handbags down...
I'm not sure about this one for me. I'm too small time to be needing anything like this and I can't see any changes that would imminently happen to make me need such a program.

stu:
kma3 works on all platforms..
on an IT note; puuuuurrrrrrrrrrrlease! how can you mix metaphors, NT and XP in the same sentence... XP may be NT based; but there's only one NT - thats #4....
as for bugs, cripes, you gotta deal with the biggest bug first - "windows".....
colin:
free? tell you what, do me a database website for nothing and i'll give you software free...........

Dave, the site says it was created in 1988, certainly the DOS days... I was programming back then too, and remember them well (wrote many a batch file too). I started on a TI994a home computer and progressed to the original IBM PC and XT models... remember when the AS400s were first put out near 1990? geez... the Burroughs 1900 I worked on back then was soooo outdated... I even used punched cards in the mid 80s... times have changed so much in the IT world! wow...
