Do you think forum members should display their full names on their posts?
There is a section on your profile form that allows you to display a name different to the sign in name, so could be used for "forename" & "Surname".
It has been touted this is the way to go & will rule out any nicknames or fun names or annonominity to a point!

I'm not bothered but I can understand some people wanting or maybe needing to keep their identity concealed for whatever reason is there own.
As long as the mod's know who's who that's all that matters.
IMO.
